We collect your personal information from:
- You—by telephone, text or email, and/or through our website during transactions, account creation, contacts with customer service or help lines (including chatbots and AI tools).
- Third parties such as business partners, advertising networks, internet service providers, social networks, and data analytics providers.
- Automated means through your use of your mobile device or other technology, such as when you visit our websites or use our mobile applications or services, or click on advertisements or links in emails you receive from us.
- Our IT systems, including: automated monitoring of our websites and other technical systems, such as our computer networks and connections, communications systems, and email and instant messaging systems.
Why we collect your information

- Auditing related to counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance;
- Helping to ensure security and integrity and prevent fraud;
- Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
- Short-term, transient use, such as non-personalized advertising shown as part of your current interaction with us;

You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information. If you exercise your right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information, we will limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information for the purposes listed above.
Your rights
You may have the following rights:
- Right to know what personal information the business has collected about you, including:
- The categories of personal information we have collected
- The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information
- The categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information, and
- The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
- Right to delete personal information that we have collected from you with certain exceptions, including where the information is necessary to complete our transaction with you. Subject to the exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
- Comply with an existing legal obligation;
- Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you. Upon receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Right to limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information for reasons other than those set forth in "Use or disclosure of sensitive personal information."
- Right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights. This means we cannot, among other things:
- Deny goods or services to you;
- Charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties;
- Provide a different level or quality of goods or services to you; or
- Suggest that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Verification of your identity
We will need your contact information, including your phone number and email address, to verify your identity for access, correction, or deletion requests. Our verification process may also include asking you to log into your account and complete a one-time passcode validation, asking you to answer a few questions about yourself to help us verify your identity, and/or using a third-party identification service to assist us. We are not obligated to make a data access or data portability disclosure if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collected information or is someone authorized to act on such person's behalf. Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with your request will be used solely for the purposes of verification.
Authorized agent requests
If you are an authorized agent, then you will be required to submit your contact information and complete a certification form as well as provide information about the consumer for whom you are making a request.
To opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may:

- Use an opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control. You will need to turn it on for each supported browser or device you use. If you are logged into your account, your preference will be associated with your account regardless of which device or browser you use. If you are not logged into your account, your request will only be associated with that one browser and device. We process opt-out preference signals in a frictionless manner.
